There was recurrent problems of slow uploading and access when I did get half of the free plan 10gb, but the worst came when the 10 were full. No more access to my account even to upgrade. The support service tells to reboot device or wait for a better connection. No way. Today answered me they did fit the app problem, but the only novelty was a more difficult access with a no working check up window of terms and conditions, which suggest they are irresponsive. They too warned me of next month clearing free account deadline if not upgraded. But they are unable to let me upgrade. I tried to open the app through Facebook option and fast the same app opened for a new free plan account... The files blocked in this irresponsive company are proofs for judiciary claims. Indeed, some people do like being involved in complex legal processes.
