Comments and Reviews
I use img2pixel to convert game textures from different game color palettes to others with great results. You can batch convert or exert greater control manually one texture at a time. You can save your settings as preset JSON files you can load back up in another img2pixel session any time. Supports a variety of limited, but common image (bmp, gif, jpg, png, tga) and palette formats (pal, png, gpl, hex) formats. Pretty easy to get good results IMO.
