What is SlimCleaner?
SlimCleaner is a freeware PC maintenance program that uses crowd-sourced feedback to make up-to-date optimization recommendations for users. In many ways it's like other cleaning apps. It includes a windows database cleaner, a privacy protector, junk cleaner, a file shredder, and management tools that let users control services and startup items. What's different is that it uses a constant link to a cloud-base to make individualized profiles of user computers, a process that enables SlimCleaner to make optimization recommendations that aren't one-size-fits-all, but specialized to fit the needs of the user.

Comments and Reviews
This seems like a nice program. I'm not seeing malware/adware. My main caution is that it has a lot of settings to go thru before you first run it. The default settings are likely to clean more than you want.. so tab thru first.
I don't know how it snuck onto my computer, but it did. It's a good thing that I scan all the time. This reeks of malware. Stay away from it.
