What is SIP Caller?

SIP Caller is a cloud based outbound call dialer that leverages the telephone capabilities of your existing Phone System. It can be integrated with any Phone System supporting SIP & RTP standards, registering as a remote extension, and making calls through it.

SIP Caller is designed to be extremely easy to use:

  • The integration with the Phone System is made in a matter of minutes.
  • Creating a call flow defining how to interact with customers is also very easy, as SIP Caller provides templates for the most common use cases, or a visual designer to create custom interactions.
  • Setting up a campaign is as simple as defining the working hours, configuring the call flow to use, and uploading the numbers to call.

SIP Caller performs real time speech analysis to automatically detect if the answering endpoint is a human or an answering machine. This feature by itself drastically increases agent's productivity, as they will only receive calls connected to a live person.

In regards to reports, SIP Caller provides real time and historical data, presented in a call by call detail, or summarized information ready to use to make business decisions.
