What is SIMPLE CRM?

SIMPLE CRM is a free, browser-based customer relationship management tool built for small sales teams and solo operators who want to track contacts, log interactions, and manage their pipeline without paying per seat or handing their data to a third party. Unlike traditional CRMs, SIMPLE CRM stores everything locally in your browser using IndexedDB — no accounts, no servers, no data collection. Your contact records, interaction notes, and opportunity stages never leave your device unless you choose to export them. An optional encrypted sync feature lets you move data between devices on your own terms. The tool is intentionally minimal: contact details, a running interaction log, and a deal pipeline with stages. There are no mandatory custom fields, no complex onboarding flows, and no feature bloat designed to justify a subscription price. It opens in a browser tab and works immediately. SIMPLE CRM suits freelancers, small business owners, and boutique sales teams who have been priced out of tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, or who want full data sovereignty without self-hosting a complex open-source stack.
