SignalZen is a live chat solution for websites that enables teams to talk to website visitors via Slack.
Integration with SignalZen is intuitive and easy. Users can integrate by using HTML/JavaScript code snippet or SignalZen native plugins for WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
The integration includes connecting the SignalZen account to Slack. After users grant access to the bot, they can choose from 2 types of integrations:
- Still - users can receive chat sessions to the desired channel and talk with website visitors by replying to threads
- Noisy - users receive chat sessions to a desired channel and talk with website visitors by using newly created channels for each session
SignalZen Slack integration is advanced and provide users with features such as chatting via threads, avatar and email auto-creation, search within chats, visitor information, saved replies, new chat session notifications and more.
In case users want to audit or see all chat sessions in one place, the solution also offers mobile apps (iOS & Android).
The Console which is a SignalZen service administration place allows users to audit, talk with website visitors, view statistics, and configure all their live chat journey.
By using the Console, users can configure and use the following features: widget colors and positions, help center, multilingual feature, form builder, saved replies, auto invitation and more.
