I like ShoutWiki, because I can migrate my numerous wiki-sites from http://www.referata.com, which has been closed 2022, to ShoutWiki. ShoutWiki also is based on MediaWiki-syntax similar to Referata.com, Wikipedia, Miraheze, EditThis. Because ShoutWiki is Ad-financed I think it will be a better migration target than Miraheze with not enough money to pay the servers longer than until June 2023.
