Fantastic customer service, the ability to mail receipts to be scanned. I never have to deal with the piles of papers I had before Shoeboxed. It's made my office usable again!

This use to be a great company with a great service for a good price. I use to recommend this service to others that had boxes of paperwork. Now it seems they have raised their prices for per item and is "offering"more for digital items. This is not a great thing as companies are using their receipts for surveys/advertising and you cant take quality pictures of receipts for "processing". Another service they changed is if you had old receipts/business cards, paperwork to be scanned, you could send it in and save time. Now they want you to scan them and email them for processing. A good business card scanner is a lot cheaper and you save you time. Their old prices use to be about $100 for 1000 items, now their website states $89 for 300 paper documents (unless you have small receipts, or one sided business cards, this is not worth it).
Shoeboxed is AMAZING. I literally don't have to do anything other than mail them my receipts and then all the scanning is done for me.
Shoeboxed is a life saver! I just send in my receipts and it does everything for me, it's so simple. Their customer support has always been really friendly and helpful whenever I had questions!

I love it - it takes all my receipts, invoices, and other documents that I used to lose, spend hours scanning or typing up - and makes all of them accessible for me and my accountant online. It is really awesome simply seeing all your receipts in their interface. Highly recommend!
Great tool to replace your cardboard shoebox. And it does that very well. Many other tools don't allow you to extract the scans of your receipts/cards later and SB makes that easy. but for real expense management it's better to look at tools like concur or bigtime.
