Shine is a cloud-based recruitment solution that helps businesses streamline operations related to candidate screening and video interviewing. Recruiters can conduct live interviews or record custom questions and workflows for applicants to complete at convenient dates and time.

Shine enables businesses to evaluate and define team values or motivations across the organization and hire candidates based on the predefined benchmarks. It lets users send bulk invitations to applicants for various events including face-to-face interviews, video calls and group assessments with pre-set time and candidate slots. Additionally, users can record and share organization/job video introductions across multiple platforms including email, Linkedin and Facebook, facilitating candidate prospecting processes.

Shine comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party applications. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email, phone, documentation and other measures.
