What is SessionCount?

??Global Settings Click the Gear icon (top right) to configure your practice: 📅 Financial Year: Set your start month. 🌍 Currencies: Choose Single or Multi-currency mode. 💱 Exchange Rates: Set approximate values for reporting. 📊 Reports: Export CSVs for all records or specific clients.

👤 Managing Clients Adding and organizing your people: 👆 Edit & History: Click a client's name to edit payments, delete sessions, or update notes. ? Add Client: Set their specific currency and rate. 💰 Receive Payment: Select client, amount, and date.

👀 At a Glance Understand the coloured dots next to names: Grey: Total completed sessions. Red: Sessions the client owes for (Arrears). Green: Sessions they are in credit for (Pre-paid). Yellow: Future booked sessions.

? Quick Actions One-tap admin tools: ? Log Session: Instantly log a session for today. ?? Sliding Scale: Log a payment at a different rate. 🎁 Free Session: Log a pro-bono session. 📅 Back/Future Date: Add sessions for any date.
