What is ScChrom?

ScChrom (Scriptable Chromium) is an open source, easy to deploy and extensible Chromium based highly configurable browser build with CefSharp and Jint. It is suited for many use cases like:

  • Enhancing/customizing web applications,
  • automated testing of web sites and applications,
  • complex webscraping that may or may not require user input,
  • quick creation of desktop applications based mainly on web technologies.

ScChrom is completely configured via config files and/or command line arguments, making it as easy as sharing the config file to share the logic of your ScChrom based application.
