What is Find My Mobile?
Because many of us live a significant part of our lives through our Galaxy phones, Find My Mobile has become a necessary precaution. Use the Locate My Device function when you can't find your phone. When it's lost for sure, you have the option to remotely lock your device, block access to Samsung Pay, and even delete Samsung Pay or simply wipe data from the entire device.
When you Can't Find Your Phone
No need to panic. Use Find My Mobile to locate your phone and make your phone ring at its maximum volume if it’s nearby. And while you’re still looking for it, you can remotely lock the screen to automatically lock Samsung Pay as well as the power button, and check the call logs for up to 50 missed calls. If needed, you can wipe your data completely from the device. Extra Precautions
Set a notification so when someone changes the SIM card on your lost device, you can find out the new number at the Find My Mobile website. You can also register a family member or friend as a guardian at Find My Mobile, allowing them to locate your device, make your phone ring and activate Emergency mode.
