What is SafeGuard: Auto SOS SMS+Call?
Many emergencies turn fatal not at the moment of impact or attack, but in the long stretch afterward—when no one knows something has happened, and no one knows where the person is.
Most SOS systems today still assume “the person can press the button themselves”. But in reality, people faint, get violently restrained, are trapped, or simply can’t reach their phone all the time.
As long as your phone still has power and the system hasn’t been manually switched off, SafeGuard can call for help on your behalf—whether you’re unconscious, dead, or physically controlled.
SafeGuard runs entirely on your phone, without any cloud server or user account. It continuously monitors a few signals (for example: very long periods of no interaction, abnormal states after a suspected car crash, deviations from your usual area, heart rate patterns, etc.). If it detects danger, it automatically sends your distress signal + location to the people you trust.
This logic applies in many situations: living alone, daily commuting, overtime work, long-distance travel, night shifts, moving around in unfamiliar places, or facing violence from others… As long as there is a real risk that “if I go down, no one will notice for a long time”, SafeGuard has a role to play.
SafeGuard is now available on Google Play, with support for 80+ countries and 20 languages.
