Upon sign-up, we'll issue a regular 10-digit phone number that your customers can text in order to chat with you, or make a payment. You can respond to the text messages from your Rhombus dashboard, as well as monitor important business metrics.

A customer is not required to signup to text your Rhombus number, until the point of payment, and paying is as simple as texting an amount to your number.

With Rhombus, you can accept orders for pickup or delivery, take reservations, book appointments, get feedback from your customers, answer questions, or get paid – all without a phone call.
