RedFlag has given us the ability to easily send notifications to our associates. We have an automated process that extracts information from our HR System and updates our RedFlag data on a daily basis. Their User Interface is easy to work with and is very functional. In addition we have a separate channel for our HR Department to select associates, based on criteria they choose, and communicate to them separately. They can upload their selections as they need to, multiple times a day. RedFlag is a solid solution. I believe it paid for itself during the pandemic.

We have found RedFlag to be an incredible value and a huge asset. We adopted this right before COVID-19 as an employee mass communications tool and since we have so many non-computer using staff ( about 1,800 or so) it has really helped us stay in touch with them and keep them informed throughout the pandemic. We can call by job title, business units, or locations allowing us huge flexibility in who we deliver calls to.... We also do a nightly sync of all our employees, so the data is always fresh and ready.

I cannot highly recommend RedFlag enough - superb product with equally good customer support.

The RedFlag Notification Platform has been an excellent tool to inform our employees of emergency outages, office closures, and other important updates 24 hours a day. Our company uses this platform to inform users across the country using land line, text messages, and email messages. This tool is very easy to use with an intuitive interface and allows employees to self-register. It's extremely dependable and always available when needed. In the rare event I have a question a high level of customer support is always available to assist whenever necessary. This tool is highly recommended if you work in and environment where emergency notifications need to be sent through various modes to any size group of people in real time. This platform has never failed and has always been the go-to tool to ensure our group of employees is fully informed of all company related issues.

I cannot say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, and patient the support staff is at PocketStop. Julie Martin took the time and energy to assist me with something that needed trouble shooting, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner. RedFlag has been a game changer for our company. It's taken manual processes and integrated them into one seamless process. RedFlag tools allow you to interact directly with employees, and during times that they need it most, and offer your assistance. It does matter if you are communicating with single or multiple locations -- it's easy.

The system is intuitive and flexible with an easy to follow UI. You can distribute messages via several channels -- text, phone calls, e-mails, and even works with your Outlook. The data and analytics also allow you to gather the insights that you need to provide meaningful information.

We’ve been using RedFlag for the past year, and it’s helped us streamline our internal communications. We’re a completely remote team, and emails can be a hassle to work with. Using RedFlag, we’re able to communicate information efficiently without any delay. Its interface is extremely simple to use, and I’ve added it to Outlook to handle communication even better. Highly recommended!
