What is Quality Driven Software?
Our goal is simple. To help you be the biggest and best service provider in your area without having to be chained to your businesses on a day to day basis. We get the challenges of owning a service based because we’ve lived it! We want QDS to be a platform that allows you to enjoy the freedom to step away from your business while still maintaining quality standards and profitability. We want to see you dominate your area with a ton of positive Yelp and Google reviews. In short, I think you’ll be happy with what our software can do for you.
Here's how it works: Through our app, you email your customer a one click survey feedback request. That feedback is tied to the employee(s) who performed the work. If everything went well, they are directed to leave a great review on your Google, Yelp, FaceBook, etc page. If things didn't go so well, they are prompted to click complaint issues in their service. These complaint issues are specific to your industry, and, because they are tied to the employee that did the work, there will be no question as to which employees or teams need improvement in the areas in your service.
Getting feedback will be fun and staff will LOVE checking in on their score results!

This software has been a game changer in our business. As we've grown, it's helped us to keep a pulse on our client's opinion of our quality and the services we provide. It's also been an incredible tool for promoting performance-based rewards with our employees. It's visually appealing, simple to set up and use, and it's constantly adding new features based on user requests. We have been regularly seeing a response rate of 85-90% from our clients. This software just keeps getting better and better!
Quality Driven Software helps my service business stay top notch on quality and let's my clients know I care about their opinion. They even send my surveys for me. The staff there has great responsiveness when I have a question. I haven't implemented the landing page feature yet but others tell me it's great for getting reviews or for having clients take action. I know several businesses use the internal survey scores to promote quality work with pay for performance based off of the scores.
We switched from Customer Thermometer, to Quality Driven, 6 months ago. I have been happy with the switch for so many reasons. I have two separate offices, and both managers are more engaged if both tracking and responding to client feedback. They have an easy time understanding and implementing the program. Our technicians are very engaged in watching for feedback and most importantly trying to improve their scores. They love the freedom of being able to check it individually from their own phones. Plus really great and responsive customer service from the Quality Driven team. I won't be going back or switching services, this one will grow with us!
