I would like to appreciate the involvement of the team to resolve the problem which i faced. The application running inside the java runtime environment. Probably the alternative to original Qtranslate, but the website doesn't have deeper information about the contacts.

The app is not possible to open as it raise the java runtime environment exception and i have the latest java as well

Not a bad alternative to Qtranslate. While there are some features from predecessor.

What is QTranslate - Free Translator Software?

QTranslate is a free translator software. With this small utility, you simply select the text you want to translate and then press the hot key ( Ctrl+Q to show translation in the popup window or Double Ctrl click to show the translation in the main window). QTranslate also has the ability to speak text Ctrl+E. Also, you can open the main window and type text manually.
