What is pwn.guide?
pwn.guide is an ethical-hacking learning platform built around short, practical lessons that move from beginner basics to advanced red- and blue-team topics. The site advertises 100+ hands-on tutorials and a community of 3,000+ learners, with a free-forever tier so you can explore without a credit card.
Content is organized by real-world skills rather than dense theory. You’ll find tracks for web exploitation (e.g., XSS/SQLi), wireless attacks, hardware tinkering and jailbreaking, plus defensive material on threat hunting and monitoring-so you can practice both attack and defense. There’s also a quick quiz to help you gauge your starting point and jump into the right material.
If you’re aiming for industry credentials, pwn.guide bundles exam-aligned paths for CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) and PenTest+ (PT0-003) (and more coming soon), complete with study notes and practice materials, under its “Certification Training” area.
Pricing is intentionally lightweight: a free Starter plan opens roughly half the catalog, while Plus and Certificate tiers unlock all tutorials, premium/advanced content, and certification training. Billing can be monthly or discounted annually, and the plans highlight priority support differences so you can pick what you need.
The team emphasizes privacy and reliability. Their policy notes minimal data collection (and explicitly says they don’t link your IP to your account), and they publish service uptime on a public status page. The project itself was founded in Slovenia in October 2023, reflecting an EU-centric stance on data protection while serving a global audience.
Overall, pwn.guide positions itself as a practical, low-friction way to learn cybersecurity-start free, level up through guided paths, and pay only if and when you want structured certification prep and premium labs.

Comments and Reviews
Good interface, not a lot of recognition by people
Great add to the cybersecurity space in my opinion
Nothing to complain about... A lot of features available on the free plan, privacy focused... Would give it 5 stars if it was completely free lol
