It was good until it lasted, unfortunately the guy who was running the project got dev fatigue and discontinued (even though he says he doesn't and delete all posts regarding this issue on the pullpush forum).
Edit: he delayed again now to september.

PullPush is a service for the indexing and retrieval of content that Reddit users have submitted to Reddit. Pullpush was created after the first service, Pullshift, restricted access to only academic users.
Pullpush features a JSON api, a user friendly search interface, and a application to unearth deleted/removed comments within a Reddit thread.
