Propstream is really great overall, I use it for leads and skiptracing but don't find it to be the most efficent for sms (using unistack for this).
I've drifted away from Propstream and don't use it as much as I use to because lately it hasn't provided me the most reliable data. Filtering through the map is frustrating, and sometimes the app freezes/crashes. I pay $99 for the professional plan and have a few more users on the team which adds $20 extra to the plan per person. It's quite pricey for what it's worth. I hope they will fix these issues and update it to be user friendly.
