Property Matrix

Property Matrix is a cloud-based property management solution geared towards apartment complexes, multi-family unit and commercial properties. It offers a full suite of applications for managing multiple properties: tenant and lease tracking, property accounting, building maintenance, CRM and online classifieds. The software comes with an accounting package including a general ledger, accounts payable, check scanning, accounts receivable and a detailed transactional history. Property Matrix also includes a maintenance module and maintenance smartphone app for work order tracking. The marketing module allows for postings to Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist, online tenant applications and integrated tenant screening.
