The "Engine" or Back-end that uses to process the downloads is the same as iTubeGo, in fact; iTubeGo's installer it's signed/published by the same entity.
PPTube's website is a mess, there are no navigation hyperlinks, in order to navigate the site you must know the pages' addresses or use your favourite Search-Engine to find the access. Currently the main address takes you to their PDF converter.
The reason I gave a try to this downloader was because the ones I used to use didn't recognise some adult-sites that this one not only did, but allowed me to download at its highest definition. Pretty much iTubeGo ought to be able to handle those too.
FYI the program supports the download of subtitles.
There are a lot of things this program may be able to improve, but so far, if you're desperate, give it a try.
