Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks

Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks is a Trademark Cost Estimation and analysis software, developed by Quantify IP, aimed at providing future cost estimation and portfolio analysis with various types of reports for Trademarks. Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks also allows users to import their own docketing data.

Functions and Features

Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks allows a user to import Trademark portfolio data of any docketing system. Analysis can be performed across entire Trademark portfolio or by selecting particular Trademark families from the IP data.

Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks projects fees for any country, stage wise and based on particular attributes of the Trademark (Number of Classes, Classification etc.). The stages include, filing, renewal and maintenance. Those fees also be projected based on Official Fees and Associate fees. Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks allows a user to create groups and trademark families can be categorised by those groups. Cost projections also can be categorised by groups.

Analysis by Trademark grouping and county: Trademark groups can be defined by the user in Portfolio Estimator - Trademarks program. This analysis categorises the cost by groups with respect to country.

Analysis by Trademark family and country: This analysis generates reports based on Trademarks family and by country.

Individual Trademark family totals:This report shows date wise, category wise Trademark family totals. Family details by country:There are two categories of reports have been generated under Family details by country, Summarised and detailed.

A user can customise the report generation options within the program.
