Pop Block Pro

Pop Block Pro is a Chrome browser extension that is available from the Google Chrome Webstore. The extension provides blocking for popups and popunders opened by javascript and other methods that are missed by the Google Chrome popup blocker.

• NOTE ABOUT INCOGNITO MODE By default, Chrome disables all extensions when incognito. That means sites you visit incognito can still spawn pop ups and pop unders even with Pop Block installed! Ahhh! Relax... you can enable Pop Block on incognito windows by going to chrome://extensions and checking the box next to 'Allow in incognito' underneath Pop Block Pro.

• WE SUPPORT ADDING/EDITING OF APPROVED/BLOCKED DOMAINS Pop Block Pro protects you from pop ups and pop unders opened by javascript and other intrusive methods, but can be disabled on websites that you allow pop ups from.

• FOR THOSE WITH PRIVACY CONCERNS Chrome will alert you that the extension may access all your data. We use Chrome API's which allow us to see each window and tab opened and how they were opened so we can determine if they are a pop up or pop under window. We do not access any information. We are also internet users and trying to stop pop ups and pop unders from ruining your experience.

• NOTIFICATION WHEN POPUPS ARE BLOCKED When a pop up is blocked you will see an alert icon in the tab's location bar. If you click this alert icon, you can see the popup location that was blocked and if it was something that you would like to load you, can click to open it in a new tab or add the domain to an approved list of popup windows.
