Currently the best alternative is Pokemononmap.com nothing is close to this service right now.
Yes if pokevision would be live again it would again become the leader but the runner up goes to Pokemononmap.com.
They are Down But They Could Have Survived.
There are still sites like pokemononmap.com, Poke Radar which are still working. I don't know why would anyone shut down if you get so much publicity.
I am using pokemononmap.com now as they show the live status of every pokemon in your area but they have also become slower after the update from nantic.
Hope we can find alternatives to a great service pokevision
