Australian Weather - the best in the World. Now it's on your iPhone/iTouch/iPad too, and it's not from weather.com or some other far flung place, it's all sourced from the BOM (Bureau of Meteorology) right here in Australia.

- Forecast & observation data for hundreds of areas around Australia (we have all of the BOM stations)
- 5 different skins to choose from, just shake your phone to change between them
- All of the BOM rain and wind doppler radars with Find/Track me function as well as the ability to have it auto update (Live Radar in settings)
- Tide graphs & times for all around Australia
- Realtime UV support for some locations
- Sunrise/sunset times
- Give your locations custom names
- Automatically find your local weather using your current location
- Last update is always cached, so you don't need a network connection to check the weather for the week, once you've got it once
Comments and Reviews
So sad to hear the developer is shutting down the server after December 31. Pocket Weather has been a brilliant app for me. The interface is clean, simple and easy to customise. Have been looking at alternatives but the ones that I have tried don’t come close to the quality of Pocket Weather. Can anyone recommend a similar alternative?
