We are a telecom provider, and since this is a high competition in our region, we were looking for solutions to optimise our processes. Planado helped us better organize our field operations and we've seen a significant increase in our efficiency indicators this year. This is an all-in-one tool for managing technicians suited for our industry (and I presume, other field-based businesses as well.) As the service quality head, I found the photoreporting and checklists functions really helpful.
I worked for a furniture company that provides home furniture assembly. As an employee, the program was very helpful. It contains all the necessary and necessary functionality, so I didn't have to use any paperwork, notebooks or any documentation. I have installed Planado on my cell phone and tablet, everything is kept in the cloud and synced. I personally really liked the checklist feature, when you come to a location all the tasks are prescribed what and how to do, as well as in the app we have to report and the client pays for the check.
We chose Planado to manage our delivery services at a pet store. We have recently opened two new branches, and the delivery quickly became a mess so we were looking for a solution. I like Planado because it gives full visibility into what's going on - which couriers are on assignments and where, and which are available for new tasks. It's also rather unexpensive, as compared to other similar software. Although, I wish there was API integration on our plan (its only included in the Pro version).
Planado helped us improve our processes, and the solutions that they offered were very suitable for the issues we were having. We’ve lowered our costs in terms of headcount and increased the overall productivity and efficiency of our technicians. It’s been far-reaching for our business. Thanks!
We install and repair air conditioners in Chicago. My company installed Planado a few months ago. At first, I had to figure out how it worked, but I quickly got used to it. It became much more convenient to work with, there are checklists for each job, built-in billing. All in one app.
