I built a tool to finally fix the chaos of client feedback as a freelance web developer
I’m Mateusz, a freelance web developer from Poland.
For years, the most frustrating part of my work wasn’t coding - it was collecting feedback from clients and testers.
You know how it goes: Screenshots in emails. Random messages on Slack or WhatsApp. Zero context. “I saw a bug but now I can’t reproduce it.” Videos recorded vertically on a phone…
It was eating hours of my time every week.
So a few months ago I decided to build something that would solve this once and for all.
Introducing Pinly Pinly lets clients and testers leave comments directly on your website - without installing anything or creating an account. You just send them a single link.
Each comment automatically includes:
a screenshot of the exact moment,
a 30-second screen recording before the click,
browser, OS, resolution,
console errors & warnings,
plus a built-in Kanban board for managing tasks.
The idea is simple: Less chasing. More clarity. Faster fixes.
