What is Phreebooks?

Phreedom and PhreeBooks are the same application. The project originally started as PhreeBooks and was renamed to Phreedom to increase the scope since it was more than an accounting application. There was already a business (not related) in the US called Phreedom and I could not retain the domain. Both projects ran in parallel for a few years but now I’m simplifying things and re-merging them to a single project. The database and all code is identical and you can upgrade your Phreedom to the newest release of PhreeBooks without any worries. (taken from Phreebooks website)
