PhotoLedger transforms your Android camera into a professional documentation tool for business workflows that rely on photo evidence — including goods inspection, damage reports, inventory, construction, proof-of-delivery, expert assessments, facility maintenance, and before/after documentation. The built-in camera combines zoom and focus with dynamic forms, OCR, barcode scanning, and signature capture, so photos and structured data are collected in one guided workflow. Each photo can be tagged (for example goods, receipt, or packaging), enriched with GPS and contextual location data, and annotated directly on the image with notes or marked areas. Important values can also be burned directly into the photo, creating self-contained visual records.

Editing tools include rotation, cropping, smart blur for sensitive areas, and on-image markings for clearer documentation. PhotoLedger can also generate PDFs instantly for sharing or upload.

Every upload transfers JPEGs, optional PDFs, and a structured JSON metadata file directly to SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox — ready for ERP, finance, automation scripts, and AI pipelines. When no connection is available, uploads can be stored locally and transmitted later in offline mode.

Privacy by design: photos are captured without gallery access and are deleted automatically after upload.
