Peerdom information
What is Peerdom?
A web app that provides topographical intelligence through interactive visualisation of your organisation. Peerdom reduces confusion by orienting your team to purpose, and makes explicit how/when decisions are made. This democratises the workplace, stimulates agility and innovation, and promotes autonomy and initiative-taking.
Peerdom's main features:
-
Team orientation to purpose by defining what you do and what you don't do.
-
Quick onboarding of new team members
-
Interactive visualisations for "Aha!" moments and big-picture insights
-
Agnostic and flexible. No need to adopt dogmatic organisational models or rules.
-
Lightweight by default, modular by design. Reveal complexity only when it makes sense for your team.
-
Rapid mapping. Change colors, duplicate, move, and update in just three clicks
Peerdom remains agnostic to any particular organisational dogma and has no fixed rules or procedures for how to define your organisation. Peerdom is adaptable to each organisation's unique needs by adding optional complexity "only when it makes sense". It's intuitive, accessible, and useful for your whole team, no matter how you structure yourself. Simplicity is central.

Comments and Reviews
Peerdom is the simplest, most flexible dynamic org mapping software I've used. There's no steep learning curve or jargon, just a clean UI to help map roles and circles.
Very friendly UI, has the needed features and isn't crowded with unnecessary noise. Would definitely recommend.
