You may try Parcl.com if you want to order something from the shop located in another country. It's not a traditional fowarding company, but it's a community of people who live in different countries and can help with delivery.
No registration or subscription fee, customizable orders, frequent email notifications. The only that I didn't quite like was an unclear process - I couldn't figure out how to accept forwarder's offer and what to do next. I noticed they added a guide for users, maybe it helps.
