Nice.. Moreso if you like MSN weather etc. Last update March 03. 2019 First, thing you get is more readable time/date, weather iconry for openweathermap using msn weather, clock/alarm, your pc systemwide shortcuts. Scroll down you see pc memory, drive space, and up/download stats stats. A lot of room for customization, but I don't think the weather has options other than MSN.

What is Panels?
Panels is a bar that can be added to any edge of your desktop. It contains mini-programs called Tiles which provide info and control of your windows desktop. Add weather from multiple locations, monitor cpu, memory, network and disk activity, control iTunes and watch your favorite shows unobstructed with the iTunes remote tiles. Replace your task bar with the shortcuts tile, for even more control add the task windows tile to control and see live thumbnails of your running applications.
If one panel isn't enough, add a second, third, or as many Panels as you need. Place them anywhere on your desktop.
Panels supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and is a great addition to Windows 10 on the desktop and Windows Surface.
