Palletizer

Palletizer is a professional desktop application for calculating optimal pallet stacking of finished product boxes and corrugated box bundles.

The software is designed for warehouses, manufacturers and logistics teams that use manual palletizing and need accurate layout planning before shipment.

Starting from version 3.11, the program supports two payload modes within a single application:

Palletizing of finished product boxes

Palletizing of corrugated box bundles

Users can choose what they place on the pallet and calculate the most efficient layout per layer and per pallet.

Key Features

• Standard and spiral stacking The program automatically calculates both standard and spiral layouts. When both options produce the same number of boxes per layer, users can define their preferred stacking mode.

• Bundle palletizing with automatic calculation For corrugated box bundles (e.g. FEFCO 0201), the software can automatically calculate:

Bundle dimensions (based on box size and number of boxes per bundle)

Folded box weight (based on board profile)

Bundle weight

Total pallet load weight

Manual weight input is also supported.

• Load and strength calculation (box mode) For finished product boxes, the program can calculate stacking load and compression strength according to applicable GOST standards.

• Orientation support Boxes can be placed upright, on edge or on side.

• 3D visualization A clear isometric 3D view shows the full pallet layout layer by layer.

• Reports The program generates PDF and Word reports. Word reports can be customized using a user-defined template.

• Multilingual interface The interface supports multiple languages and allows users to add their own translations without recompiling the software.
