What is openPLM?

OpenPLM is a product oriented open source PLM ( Product Lifecycle Management) software.

A product oriented PLM business software unifies all development activities of the company and structures data around the product.

It helps engineers, technicians and all people involved in development activities managing their technical data (Office, CAD, ECAD, Source code, FEA), their BOM and collaborating together.

OpenPLM features a full web and user-friendly interface.

It is written in Python using the Django framework, and uses proven Open Source softwares like Apache or PostgreSQL. See Credits

It is free software, mostly developped by LinObject, and can be used, modified and distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v3
