Good app. I hope in the future you can add the option to include a rest period after each workout and then repeat the workout after the rest. For example: a workout with 5 exercises, each lasting 20 seconds, with a 20-second rest between each exercise, followed by a 1-minute rest after the entire workout. This sequence would then be repeated 4 times.
