Usually scrolling and searching mans on the terminal is less confortable than doing so online.
oman turns looking into manuals as easy as doing online, displaying command manual in the most confortable way the system allows.
If the session is graphical it displays the manual as a website, with a color scheme easy for the eyes. If the session is non graphical it displays it as with man.
But even better: if the command is not installed, it automatically searches the manual online and displays it.
