I changed entire system drives permission on Windows 10 and It Turned out to be nightmare
this is safest option and it doesn't require apps Permission Fix = secpol.msc - Security Settings - Local Policies - Security Options - "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval -Mode""Enabled" - "Disabled"
and voila! no more permission error !
