What is nregex?

A DFA based Regex engine that supports submatches. Built with Nim (programming language) icon Nim (programming language). Benchmarks show nregex is up to 7 times faster than Perl Compatible Regular Expressions icon Perl Compatible Regular Expressions. However, when the RE contains capture groups, PCRE is about 4 times faster than nregex.
