News-O-Matic is perfect for the elementary classroom! Not only is it easy to implement but the articles are age appropriate and super engaging for the students. There are too many features to mention but the quizzes, units, standard alignment, accessibility features, and multiple languages make News-O-Matic very versatile. It can be used for small groups, independent work, whole group, fast finisher work, homework, morning work, and assessments. Highly Recommend!
I absolutely love News-O-Matic! It has wide variety of articles in Social Studies, ELA, and Science. There's never a dearth of new topics, as they cover news in a kid-friendly and standards-aligned method. It's a one-stop solution for teachers, parents, and students.
I love this app! News articles are really written for kids, content is age-appropriate, and there are translations in multiple languages. Plus there are quizzes and fun games for the kids to engage with.
