What is netScope® Server?

The netScope® Server has been developed for Whole Slide Imaging Data in CZI format. Aside Data from ZEISS Axio Scan.Z1 all kinds of CZI data can be displayed. ZEISS Customers, which still use older MIRAX Slides in the previous MRXS format, can display those slides in the viewer as well. The DICOM (.dcm and dicomdir), PerkinElmer Vectra qptiff, Aperio svs as also the fluorescence afi format and Leica scn files are also supported. Common image formats like .tiff .tif .jpeg .jpg .png .gif can be also opened. It is a web based slide management with many features like a virtual (or hardware driven) file-system, audit-trail, synchronizing files, creating document templates to fill them for every slide. You can view the slides with their shared annotations with netScope® Viewer or in any browser. Use netScope® Server to share scanned slides with colleges and customers, provide large amounts of slides to others or work together using the WebViewer or separate for an independent findings analysis. This functionality makes netScope Server to a tool for remote analysis or sharing slides.
