Mousemux information
What is Mousemux?
MouseMux simplifies collaboration by transforming PCs into multi-user systems with added pointer devices and optional keyboards. It allows users to interact independently or simultaneously with different programs on the same desktop, fostering non-interfering collaboration. It is suitable for team activities such as pair programming, collaborative designing, and classroom or meeting room use. It also enables joint document editing and operator action tracking.
Mouse interaction can be personalized with features like acceleration, button assignment, themes, and wheel behavior. MouseMux supports task automation and macro recording in multi-cursor scenarios, with each mouse having its own cursor for quick application interaction.
In industries such as manufacturing, power generation, and facility processes, MouseMux manages multiple operators in SCADA-like situations. It handles user management, interaction history storage, supervisor assignment, and operator action overriding. SCADA programs can integrate with the MouseMux SDK for simultaneous interaction.

Comments and Reviews
If you're trying to teach on a system setup with dual mice/keyboard/monitors, this is one seriously amazing tool. It effectively lets two people use the computer at one time.
There's some old alterative's, but for what MouseMux is now, there's no good alterative's. Best option IMO would be POP which is a remote desktop sharing app that requires two different computers as well as introduces a lot of lag because it's basically just VNC with some presentation tools.
