Mouse Shake Menu

Click on a window and shake the mouse left and right to popup a menu with 4 buttons. Each button can be assigned to a set of keyboard keys. You can also run a program.

Why should one need this sort of mouse menu, when one can easily press, say, the END key on the keyboard. Well, while having my lunch on my office table, I like to browse the internet. Reading forum messages, news, blog etc. Now it so happens that I use my right hand to eat and with my left hand I click and scroll the mouse. When I visit a forum message from my rss feed, I may land somewhere in the middle of the page and I need to scroll to the top or bottom of the page. We still do not have a quick way to go to the top or bottom of the page with the mouse. Repeatedly scrolling with left finger tires me. You may be wondering why can't I lift my left hand and press the END key on the keyboard. Well I have moved the keyboard away and put my lunch box there.
