it support cmd commands and shows countdown before turning the monitor off
Free and easy. You can make a keyboard shortcut for both turning off display and screensaver, and you can choose to double click tray icon to turn off your screen. Running in the background it takes 0% cpu and 8mb ram. Windows 10.
