MonitGlass is a complete cloud-based software solution designed for glass processing companies, including IGU (insulated glass units), laminated glass, tempered glass, and monolithic glass manufacturers.

The platform connects office and production operations in one unified system, eliminating communication gaps and reducing errors. It helps glass factories streamline their workflows from quote to delivery.

OFFICE MODULE: MonitGlass Office handles all administrative tasks including customer relationship management (CRM), materials and treatments database, order management with instant quoting, document generation for quotes and orders, and production scheduling with a visual calendar.

PRODUCTION MODULE: MonitGlass Production enables real-time tracking of glass pieces through QR code labels. Production workers scan QR codes with their mobile phones to update order status instantly — no walking to the office required. The module includes a real-time production status dashboard, stage-by-stage processing overview, and file exchange for technical drawings.

MOBILE APP: The mobile application allows production floor workers to scan QR codes on glass pieces and update their status in real-time. Workers can view their task lists and access technical drawings directly on their phones.
