Mobile LWP

Mobile LWP is Crystal Ball’s innovative mobile app that keeps employers constantly updated with the welfare and safety of their lone workers without the need for an additional or dedicated device. The app is compatible with most popular smartphones, and is essential for employees who are:

field based (eg. sales staff, service engineers)

working in the community (eg. traffic wardens, probation officers, taxi drivers)

conducting home visits (eg. health workers, social workers, vets, domestic engineers, estate agents)

working outside normal hours or are the only person on the premises (eg. security workers, night shift workers)

Mobile LWP is easy to install and simple to use, so there are no issues with complex menu navigation or multiple options (especially important in high-risk situations when keeping calm is essential), and the employer is updated on the lone worker’s welfare status in real-time via a user-friendly web-portal.

In addition, panic alerts can be monitored by a BS5979 Cat II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) if required, as all of the compliant devices in conjunction with Mobile LWP have been fully tested and accredited to meet Lone Worker BS8484 code of practice.
