Mobile Broadband SMS Toolkit

You can send and receive SMS messages from your Windows computer or Windows Tablet, just like you would from a mobile phone. It also supports sending USSD requests. The program includes its own address book, with options to import contacts from the SIM card or manage them via CSV files. Additionally, you can register on the network with a preferred data transmission mode—for example, disabling GPRS and using only 3G or LTE.
