What is MindSumo?
MindSumo connects companies with a community of 300,000 college students to work on challenges that impact the world. Companies host challenges for creative ideas and insights, as well as the ability to hire stand-out performers. Students participate for real-world experience, cash prizes, and job opportunities. So far, students from over 3,000 universities have submitted work through over 1,000 challenges from 400 companies (including 80+ of the Fortune 500)!
MindSumo was founded in 2011 and is located in San Francisco, CA. The company participated in StartX, the Stanford Student Startup Accelerator, and launched at Stanford in February 2012. We're backed by some of the top investors in Silicon Valley, including Voyager Capital, Google Ventures, Data Collective, and StartFund.
