Midscrow is a non custodial escrow platform for secure peer to peer [P2P] transactions, supporting cryptocurrency [primarily SOL on Solana] and fiat. It minimizes scam risks in online trades by acting as a transparent middleman without long term fund custody. Users create escrows with blockchain secured wallets. Funds release only after both parties mutually confirm key steps [funding to delivery of goods/services to receipt], or auto resolve fairly via timeouts if one side ghosts. The system prioritizes cryptographic security, user control, and anti fraud protections over centralized trust.

Core Cybersecurity and Safety Features Non custodial and on chain protection. Escrow wallets generated on Solana, private keys encrypted and decrypted only for authorized releases. No prolonged central holding of funds. Multi step dual confirmations. Explicit agreement required at funding, sending, and receiving stages. Irreversible actions guarded by warnings, checkboxes, and countdowns to prevent accidental clicks. Customizable timeouts and auto resolution. 24 to 168 hour timers per phase [default 72h]. Non responsive parties lose claims in fair rule based auto refunds or completions.

Escrow specific secure chat [v3.0]. 1 to 1 messaging locked to each trade, append only, 8s cooldown, detects social engineering keywords [e.g. “Discord”, “Telegram”], enforces safety tips, and preserves immutable logs for disputes. Gift card anti fraud flow [v3.0]. Mandatory screen recording for code reveal and redemption. Irreversible outcome choice, 72 hour window to upload video proof to independent hosting for review if “code didn’t work” claimed.

Single use Middleman Passes. Account bound one time access tokens [bought via SOL, crypto, or fiat] control escrow creation and joining. Non transferable, trade value capped, non refundable once consumed, limits abuse. Free pass promotion [limited]. Test protection risk free up to $1,000 per trade with concurrent caps.

Transparency and auditability. All actions timestamp logged, Solscan links for on chain proof, disputes settled via evidence [chat or video] rather than discretion. Anti abuse safeguards. Button debounce, retry limits, exact amount checks [small discrepancies allow mutual override], under overpayment rules. We also have public vouches where all completed deals are sent to the vouches with a visible and clickable hash and deal amount.
