Coaches upload a recording or a text transcript and get back a speaker-separated transcript including cues such as coaching silence patterns , scores across all 8 ICF core competencies, detailed Minimum Skill Requirements analysis; the same indicators ICF assessors evaluate.

Individual coaches use it to get feedback on every practice session, not just the few a mentor has time to review. Mentor coaches use it to skip the mechanical scoring work and start evaluations from a complete analysis baseline. Coaching academies use it to scale their programs without hiring more mentors, with multi-tenant data isolation and seat-based pricing.

The platform includes an AI follow-up chat for asking questions about specific moments in a session, and longitudinal progress tracking that shows competency development over time. All recordings and transcripts are encrypted with AES-256 end-to-end encryption.
